You may want to make the reservation at Criollo just in case.

Another option is the buffet at the Royal Sonesta. I've heard they do a pretty good buffet, but I haven't been there myself. I don't much care for buffets, but it seems that I've read that theirs is very good for a buffet.

Also, you can check Tom Fitz's site for restaurants open on Easter. It's not all inclusive, but it may help for some other ideas. www.nomenu.com

You could check out Mandina's. Not a brunch, but open on Sundays, typically, and you could take the kids on the downtown streetcar down Canal to get there IF there's a reservation available.
