I mean its fairly common. You have an NFL guy who has spent the last 10 years dealing with Veteran NFL players.
Then you go down to LSU where there is a high turn-over rate due to success sending players to the NFL early. So you have a team of 18-20 yr old kids as opposed to 33 yr old veterans.
I agree that they expectations still should have been high under stud, but STud is also used to being around these kids who are still learning, as opposed to Cam who has been around adults who have learned the majority of what there is to know, and are now trying to polish up certain things.
