LOL the improvements are not safety related. It now has a crisper break and an external adjustment like much more expensive aftermarket triggers.

There was nothing wrong with the original triggers. In order to make them frick up you had to have dismantled the thing and fricked it up. Sorry, but if you've gone to that kind of trouble, how exactly is that the manufacturers fault?

I suspect part of the reason for putting the new triggers with an external adjusting screw was so they could keep morons out of the guts of the thing. Now you don't have to open it up and do something dangerous to your gun. You just turn the screw. But you don't actually need to for a hunting rifle since they have it set just about perfect right out the box.
