What is the objective of the drill, to hold your position?, to push your opponent back. Please explain.. Thanks in advance

It's not really a drill to make people better or have an objective. It's just a fun drill to let the players hit each other and get excited.
But, the winner of the drill is the guy who initiates contact and drives the other player back. That's what I get from it.

Understatement of the year.
Haha I'm not gonna bash on Reid. He didn't have his best year. But he's A potential 1st rounder and he was a great tiger. Worked hard, didn't mess around with any of the BS, and was a good student. Model student athlete.

we go through this every year..."we won't recover from losing Dorsey", "losing Nevis, Peterson and Sheppard will be too much to overcome, Minter doesn't have the experience", "secondary will struggle after losing Laron"
Overall the secondary had a mediocre year last year, with Mills and Collins having a year experience, and all the young talent at safety, there's no reason to believe it won't be a more productive unit this season. The main concern this year, IMO, will be DL depth. Not worried too much about the front 4, but they like to rotate so that you still have fresh bodies in the 4th quarter. It will be interesting to see how that plays out.
