Not that I'm totally against the spirit of the rule changes, but there are so many that either the game will be too bogged down with penalties OR players are going to constantly hesitate to make a play.
Either way we get a shittier product.

I mean half the guys run normally at a low forward angle, you're going to see an assload more lower extremity injuries if guys are running through the line upright.
