Over the past 10 years, that's exactly 9 starters (10 if you count Morestead) still on the team that he has drafted...that is not good.
Without the 2006 draft and Brees falling in his lap thanks to Saban, Loomis would have about 6 starters still left from his 10 years as GM.

So are you just ignoring the part where people are telling you he is just the money guy? He doesn't make player personnel decisions.
