How can you say he is good or even decent....Here's Loomis' draft history since he's been GM since 2002 in order of round. Not impressed at all.

Loomis has zero say in drafting. He lets the coaches make the decisions and he gets the money side done.

Haslett and Payton have had full say. He didnt hire haslett though

Over the past 10 years, that's exactly 9 starters (10 if you count Morestead) still on the team that he has drafted...that is not good.

Without the 2006 draft and Brees falling in his lap thanks to Saban, Loomis would have about 6 starters still left from his 10 years as GM.

So what your saying is he averages one pro bowl caliber player per offseason. Add in FA pick ups like drew, shockey, vilma, sproles and lofton and that number increases.
