Regardless, what was RJ even doing near such a situation?
Was he a victim of racal profiling or harassment? We don't know but sometimes it's more prudent to say little and move along. Escalation or resistance is not wise.
If this was another recruit I think reaction would be similar n terms of substance but the emotion would be less. However, there's a history here. Make of it what you will.
If facts hold up he should be released.
