Decided to pre-order from Newegg when it was 29.99... it arrived yesterday completely smashed. Have to wait 10-15 days for my "claim" to be processed on Newegg, all while I cannot open and use the game key of the damaged copy, because I'll have to send it back.
F Newegg, I should have just ordered from Amazon, who would have immediately sent a replacement and told me to keep the original.

Why didn't you just use the key and download the client from Battle.net?
And to answer the OP I upgraded my BNET account Monday night and was playing first thing Tuesday morning.
