you're comments conflict one another.

Elvis is The King.

think how you will, but it will never change that fact. it's more crazy for me that a childhood neighbor was this iconic rock figure. a half million people show up every every Aug 16th to attend the candlelight vigil, 35 years after his death.

hate all you want, but name something come close.

you don't hate Elvis. you just don't understand, yet. trust me on this.

think of it like this. you chose "CottonWasKing". I would have chosen "For What it's Worth"

Cotton was a song WSP wrote and played. FWIW was The First song WSP ever played.

and on the real, i have no clue what the black keys are. don't know and don't care.

Elvis is the king I won't deny that. He started it all (Althought that can be argued and even if he did start it all it was a natural progression that would've been created by someone around that same period). I respect the hell out of Elvis. I just think the music he made was terrible. If that was the rock and roll of my day then I wouldn't have been a fan of rock n roll. Once again I respect what he did for the genre but beyond that I've got nothing for him.

I chose Cotton Was King because I'm a panic fan that grew up in a farming family. It has nothing to do with the actual song I don't even particularly care for the song nor that album as a whole minus a few tracks. I just thought it was a cool name that fit me.

I gues I could've picked my favorite Panic songs but expiration day, lets get the show on the road and chainsaw city just don't have the same ring to it. Plus Fishwater was already taken.

But I still hold to the belief that FWIW is the greatest song that panic has ever played..... Simply because it may be the best song ever written imo
