The sooner ppl(new season ticket holders) realize that LSU will always be LSU which means: loud, drunken, chanting, cursing, passion. The better time they would have. Don't go if you don't want to hear or see anything that the average 21 year old will do.

So what you are saying is that LSU football exists for the private use of the students and that all others are guests and should either bear with the behavior of the students or stay away?

No that's not what I'm saying. But it is a COLLEGE atmosphere. At the college, free tickets are given to the college students, bars surround the college, college kids drink as do most tiger fans. Drink and drink heavily. I think the liquor, loudness and cursing go hand and hand. Stop one and you stop it all but then you lose everything that makes tiger stadium great and famous.

Well there would be no LSU football without the students. It is "college" football

No, he is saying if you are going to go to an event where you know that 50% of the population will be inebriated before it starts and it's an event where everyone there is very passionate, it shouldn't shock you when drunk, stupid, passionate people act like drunk, stupid, passionate people.

It's well documented how LSU fans act during game days. Why is such a big deal when people go to the game and see it in person? You know what to expect already before getting there. If cussing and swearing and drunk people bother you, don't go to a SEC football game. It's not rocket science.

For the record, NFL games are many times worse.
