Thanks for this. I remember seeing a bunch of Wyoming fans roaming around New Orleans before the game and my dad saying "Too bad they came all this way to lose." I turned to my dad at halftime and said "Wyoming is going to beat us." My dad shook his head and said, "Don't worry, we'll get them in the second half." I was in awe of him after that, and never doubted him again regarding LSU football.

I was there as well, in the north end zone. Only game I remember being colder was the Independence Bowl with LSU playing Notre Dame.

Wyoming was surprisingly tough. I thought LSU would dominate but barely won it over a very scrappy Cowboy team.
