Question: I"m a casual soccer fan (USMNT pretty much exclusively). I love these jerseys, but feel like wearing another name/number on my back is pretty lame (call it Big X syndrome).

I'm very concerned with how random dudes on a message board would feel about my fashion choices, so, my question is how terrible would it be to get one of the replica jerseys with say just the number 88 (my baseball number since I was 9 or so) on it considering that number would never actually show up on a soccer pitch.

Also, this MFer:

only seems to be on WorldSoccerShop and not USSoccerShop. Sketch? I'd lean towards the retro jersey on WorldSoccerShop if I could confirm it was Dri-fit. Their details are lacking.

Any help would be appreciated.

I say put whatever the frick you want on it, you're supporting the team, anyone who has a problem with the number or name on the jersey is a wanker.

That being said, paging sheep for your other question

This doesn't look dri-fit to me.
