holy shite, how many times is this thing going to be posted. It was from the summer 2012 for missing a class or a workout. That's it. It changes every week. It's motivation, not an indictment on the work ethic of the players on the list.


Jarret Lee and Demetirus Byrd both ended up on the list at one point and I don't think it affected them in anyway professionally.
