Totally true, but he seems to have taken the opportunity to stack the deck with another really good hire. That's the sign of a leader. He has the intelligence and humility to make a move that helps the program.

The Nega-Tigers are now gonna jump on that analysis, but I deal with assholes all day.....

What about all the stupid decisions he has made? He's made more bone-head moves than brilliant moves.
