That looks absolutely superb
here's what my SO cooked for us. roasted lamb chops w/ pureed turnips, sauteed spinach and a reduction of marsala. drank a grenache and a red blend from Rhone. dessert was raspberry sorbet.

She go to Cleaver? She asked me earlier in the week. SO turned out a good meal? Hard to believe you have any Grenache left.
