It only took an inept BCS championship game and an entire boring offensive season in 2012 but it finally did happen. I'm sure he heard it from everyone and he finally just got tired of it. That's what brings about change. You look at yourself in the mirror at the end of the day and say "I could be wrong." He was. Now he's trying to change. Good for him. However, I wonder how much the TAF folks had to be with his "reasoning."

An inept national title game is never a good platform for change. It's the worst situation because you don't know what to change.
