Not really. Tech hasn't been that great in a while, so it is no surprise that they don't recruit well.

Stanford and KState have been doing amazing things with low level talent. If you've watched either team play the past 3 years you would have heard some announcer slobbering over this fact at least once.

According to Rivals rankings Stanford's lowest ranked class from 2009-2012 is 26 and they were #5 last year. This class is way off their norm.
