A head coach that gets paid over 4 million a year should be able to make in game adjustments...or field an offense that executes consistently. He drives you and many crazy because you see things that make you wonder about his ability as a head coach.
He is a good coach, but there is a list of many coaches that I would love to see here ahead of him.
JMO... I wont shed any tears when he leaves.
Now, if he suddenly hired somebody to run the offense and he got out of the way, thats a different story. Until then, he is nothing more than a average to above average coach.

I like Les but sometimes he simply dives me crazy with his offense calls & clock management!
