I think that everyone but Walter has their moments where they're mortified initially... but after everything they've already seen - They know it's happened so it's not like "That can't happen" and they go about figuring it out.

Not really.

I'm over halfway through season 2 and I can't remember the last time anyone including bystanders acted shocked by anything happening.
