I just found out today that I have to proctor an exam tomorrow from 6:30-9:30pm. Proctoring usually isn't bad since I always work with senior-level classes and laid-back profs, so I could do work, play on the computer, etc. during the exam.
However, the department felt my workload this week was light, so I'm assigned to this intro class in a huge lecture hall. I have to walk around the whole time, can't use my cell phone, and I have to check IDs and calculators of all students.
is this shite
....on the heaviest NBA night in ages, no less
