NOTES
-Really debated back in forth on Delaware being a PLAY, but I am confident on us going atleast 2-1 on the PLAYS, which is better than a split.
-I have revamped my system for in-game plays and had some success with it over the weekend, I will be making more halftime plays in the future.
-We have a ton of value waiting for us on 2H plays for Portland State and Delaware, so make sure if you are around to keep an eye on the thread if you can during that time. If Portland State is down between (2-6 points) at halftime I am putting 2 units on them if the line is what I think it will be.
