I don't get seasick, but the womenfolk swear by these:

Also I don't allow ANY talk about seasickness on my boat - it only serves to make people sick.
Ginger and bitters I've also heard work well, and my step mother used to say peanut M&Ms helped her, but that seems a little weird to me. But I always say whatever works and I don't try to tell them different.
Oh yeah, going below seems to make it worse for some folks.
ETA: I think West Marine sells the wrist bands.
