I love Guidry's. I use it a lot. I have a weak right wrist and sometimes it acts up, but when it doesn't, I'll still use it for a lot of things. I add garlic also.

Very nice pics and color. Have you used the Penzey's powder a lot? I think I may have to order that and give it a try. I like the masa in the 3 alarm packs and since I can't find small packs of masa, I'll buy the alarm packs just for the masa.

Why not just buy a sack of masa from WallyWorld?

I have a three pound sack that I've used for three years. Keep it sealed in a screw top canister.

I love it in chili. Makes nice gravy and there is a flavor I can't get without it.
