Exactly. They can hit it in the rouge and still are able to get the ball on the green within a reasonable distance for birdie. It's a two putt par. For the amateur golfer they hack it into the rouge, then into the bunker, then 10 ft by, etc. The rough is not a huge deal for these guys unless it's the US open or the few other tournaments a year where the rough is 4-6 inches.
