Once you got to the point where you could switch back between Link and the wolf, a whole new game opened up. And even though they weren't that great, first one with motion controls.
At best it did the same thing Majora's Mask did with transformation. And the motion controls were basically optional and added almost nothing to the game (the bow and the Hookshot maybe being the exception). Motion control adding to the game and how to face your enemies wasn't added til Skyward Sword.

And let's not forget that this was FINALLY the more adult, non cartoony Zelda game that everyone had been asking for.
This game is kinda proof that gamers don't really know what they're talking about and should leave game design to the pros. Nintendo gave into fan demand, and this is what we got. It was the game we wanted, but not necessarily the game we needed.

quote:That's because TP was developed originally for the Gamecube. It wasn't even planned to be a Wii game until the Wii came out. The motion controls were just thrown in. Of course they aren't spectacular. Did Minda touch you in a naughty place or something? You seem very hostile towards anything TP.
