I would think that you should be fine. The laptop was a Dell Latitude from a couple years ago, it was a old company laptop. So obviously wasn't the best. I actually have the 2GB Radeon 7850, i5 3450, same RAM, no SSD though. I'm averaging around 35-45 FPS with medium high/high settings.
