Don't usually agree with Guilbeau but this makes a lot of sense.

It makes no stupid sense.
He compared a 13-1 team to a 10-3 team, and said the 13-1 year had better stats, so its not really a big deal to lose the guys that helped us get to 13-1, because their stats fell during the 10-3 year
