I happen to have a PDF of my transcript in my gmail and there is no mention of the concentration on my transcript, despite all 4 courses being listed somewhere on the transcript.

I knew it shouldn't be on my diploma. As a matter of fact, I think it might only say "Bachelor of Science" on my diploma and may not even mention "Finance."

But that is an interesting quote from the general catalog... I wonder what it would take from the CIA program and/or business college to get it to show up on students' transcripts.

Yeah, I don't know. It has always been on my resume, and no one has ever questioned it.

Maybe more of if a potential employer calls the university about the concentration, Sumners will confirm you completed all courses.
