I want to know what the specific issues are. I assume that the clearing house is open more than just two weeks out of the year. I know that the ACT is offered year round. How has this issue persisted?

that happened to me, but i was high when i took it the first time...so naturally, the 2nd score was much better. they looked into it and found that it was legit and let me on my way

how can someone as dumb as Eddie Lacy get into college with no problems adn we can't get guys "qualified"...what a joke.
