Seattle lost their team by their own doing by not upgrading their arena.

That's exactly what Clay Bennett wants you to think.

This situation sucks for Kings fans because they had to suffer with a shitty ownership group who isn't giving them a chance to keep their team.

This is what actually happened to Seattle as well.

I don't think anyone should be happy that fans in Sacramento are having their team stolen from them.

Nobody is. It sucks. If we ever got a team, I was hoping for an expansion team. I think the NBA will be a tough sell the 2nd time around after how everything went down before.

How long will it take for Seattle to not care about this team? 5-7 years?

It's great for Seattle fans. I don't blame them at all for wanting a new team, especially with how the Thunder became so successful shortly after leaving. I just don't get why the Kings couldn't be sold to a local group. They will have great fan support with a new ownership group instead of the worst owners in the NBA.
