We use to go the first weekend every april. Been in everything from snow to heat. We always drove up thursday night and put in friday morning and they would pick us up on sunday afternoon. Its a blast. One year it was starting to rain the first day when we put in and it flooded all day. Huge rapids the rest of the trip. Saw several canoes in our group get doubled over around trees and we would have to tie a rope on one side and get several guys on the bank to pull it free. We poor boyed it and used old pickle buckets for dry boxes. You can stack them like logs in the middle with your gear in them and run a rope through the handles so you wouldnt lose anything if you flipped. There is a 90 ft cliff we would pass and when the water was high enough we could jump off of it. Just a blast man, def make this happen. When I think of the town we use to go to where we rented our canoes I will post it but I cant think of it now for anything.

ETA: Jasper is where we went and used a service there to rent canoes, drop us off and pick us up. We would just call them on the last day and let them know about where we were and they would tell us where to stop that afternoon.
