re: Hunger Games: Like or Dislike?

I thought it was kind of hokey, but obviously the book must have been so it isn't like they could considerably change the story. The main problem I had with it was the complete lack of any kind of epic shots and camera work. For crap's sake they were shooting in literally the same area as Last of the Mohicans and it could have just as easily been the woods behind my house. I don't even know why they bothered leaving a Hollywood stage.
