Why would he be placed in a leash? Everyone in the organization understands that the team is young and would struggle especially early in the season. Then Gordon suffered a setback and all expectations went down the pipes.
You may not agree with some of his decisions and the plays he draws up at times, but that's something he'll learn with time and experience with his players and their abilities.
We are 2-3 with Gordon back in the line up, as long as the team continues to grow and improve, I don't see why people continue to be on his case.

Every coach is on a leash outside of the elite guys. Basically, when will Benson and co have seen enough.
