If they were able to move with relative ease, why did they not score more points? Did they just decide to stop short of the goal line to make us look good?
4 turnovers and good redzone defense by LSU.
Not trying to say WVU acted like LSU wasn't on the field, but if you don't think allowing 500 yards of offense means your opponent had a good night moving the ball then idk what to tell you.
Just for comparisons sake, the Saints prolific offense only topped 500 yards once this past season and that was in an Overtime game. To take it a step further, the Saints defense (which statistically is the worst in NFL history) didn't once allow as many yards (333) as LSU did in that game.
Again, nowhere am I trying to say the better team didn't win or that LSU's victory was a fluke or that LSU's defense last year was historically bad. However, if you don't think WVU moved the ball well on them, then I don't know what game you were watching, because it wasn't the one I was watching or the one on the stat sheet.

Louisville, Clemson, Johnny Football ol' Big 12 - new and instantly exposed - et all...showed that the SEC gets away with looking great against a lot of shitty quarterbacks.

Too bad the object of the game is to score points, not accumulate yards. We executed a terrific game plan against WVU. Its like you don't give us credit for forcing the turnovers.

Your name should be changed to football idiot. We absolutely dominated them and they couldn't score. Last I checked that's the point if the game. If you can't score, it doesn't matter if you have a 1000 yards. And props for comparing the Saints gaining 509 in the NFL to college. Dumbass.
