I'm not saying he doesn't desire to be great, he just doesn't have the intense drive that translates to the actions necessary to make his teams great year in and year out. If he did, he wouldn't accept this offensive output.

No. Even odds he does something entirely stupid and say he is going to take a more active role in calling the offensive plays.
