Biglego, I'm trying man. I admit, it's an obsession. Hell, I'm typing this on a cfb message board! I got to spend time with my Ol man and some good fiends last night. Aside from that, I blew $300 on a shitty ice cream sundae topped with turd sprinkles. So glad it's over. Shitty ending to a shitty season.

LOL my epiphany came in 2008. The pick 6s got to be comical to me and as the season spiraled my concern faded. I've been able to keep it that way by getting married, making a baby, and focusing on work lol

I am emotionally drained and have a distaste for football at this moment.
Seriously considering giving up being a " diehard" LSU football fan like I did in 1994 for Tiger basketball. I couldn't take the lack of fundamental skills and the horrible game coaching coming from Dale. So I quit. Quit buying season tickets and quit caring. I have been a much happier person since then.
So now we have football. Horrible game coaching, or lack thereof, poorly trained players (passing accuracy, catching, penalties, not picking up blitzes or stunts), have me feeling similar to 1994.
So maybe it's time to lay football aside, keep supporting baseball, and get on the Johnny Jones bandwagon.
