Thats NOT the role of a team leader. He has every right to voice his opinion in the locker room or behind closed doors. You keep those opinions out of the public, he has more than enough of his own shortcomings to focus on.... I dont think he is the guy to take us where want to go, but...I also dont think the Offensive coaching/playcalling put him in the best position to succeed.

agree he is no leader, a leader would never do this.
however I feel it is all on Zach his drop is too long, he really does not have a quick release and he never stepped up in the pocket, maybe twice. He over threw a game winning second down conversion and his int in the first half could have cost us 3 points should we have gotten in range he always over throws the deep ball and the staff did little to help vadal but with a qb with such poor pocket presence thus will always happen
