I save computer parts. A good bit of gold in them, if you know what you're doing.

Can you expand on what you do with yours? I have three desktops stashed in my room and it looks likes I am hoarding. There is a place that will recycle the computer parts nearby at no charge, although any monitors/tvs require a fee. I've ripped out the hard drives and stowed them away, but the rest is useless considering some of the technology dates back to 1998. I was able to install puppy linux on the machines with the limited hardware resources.
