We celebrate Christmas 4 different times
First time will be Sunday with my brother and Mom
Boiled Crawfish and Crabs with all the fixins
Then Christmas Eve we celebrate it with my Moms extended family in Vacherie
Deer Sauce Picaunte
Seafood Gumbo
Raw Oysters
Jambalya
Potato Salad traditional and German
and the typical table of sweets
Christmas day with my wife's family
Root Beer glazed ham
Baked turkey
Smoked Turkey
Mac-n-cheese
Dirty Rice (Lima beans, ground pork, beef, chix gizzards and liver ground up)
Table full of sweets
Christmas Day night with my dads extended family
Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
Seafood Gumbo
Potato Salad
