I know, I was only joking. Was the coaching change the main reason for pulling his scholly?
Yes. Bielema told his coach that he didn't really fit what he and Chaney wanted and that they were going to pursue other options.
Seems crazy to me considering we desperately need RB's with one of our freshmen transferring. I mean take him just as a body because we need it. They need to land 2-3 RB's in this class after losing 2 seniors, Knile Davis going pro and Donovan Roberts transferring. Cutting Blanchard gives us zero currently.
However I don't get paid the big bucks. I get that they are trying to be honest with the kid and give him time to find another offer but it sucks because he was our first commit post Petrino and a die hard Hog.
I hope he lands on his feet somewhere good and proves our staff wrong.

This I dont understand, Blanchard will be a big back and that's exactly what Bielema is using. Also makes no sense to drop him when Arky desperately needs RBs. Bielema is making friends fast down in LA either by doing this.
