I have a SBR dedicated 9mm. Best advice I can give you is get the Spikes 9mm Buffer ST-9X. It is designed to run in 9mm AR. Worth every penny.
I bought a CMMG MK9 and put a 4.5" ADCO barrel on it. I run a TIrant 9 Suppressor. I was having feeding issues with it at first. I bought the Spikes Buffer and it runs like a top now.

quote:What bolt is in that. Im reading you can either have the heavy 9mm bolt and run a normal carbine buffer or use the lighter weight 9mm bolt and use a heavy 9mm buffer.

Im assuming the MK9 is a dedicated 9mm lower.
