Nah, not really. To me it's like taking a car and painting your name on it and feeling like you somehow built that car.
But hey, that's just my opinion and I was trying to help Mark Makers with his questions, not throw a bunch of useless bull crap at him by acting like drilling a couple of holes in a piece of aluminum with the help of a template makes me some kind of master firearms maker.

Did someone who built an 80% AR lower frick your wife or something? That's the only reason I could think of why you seem to be so emotionally invested speaking out against 80% lowers.

I'm just sharing informaion. MM might not use it but maybe there is someone else out there that does use it. That's what this thread if for right? Sharing information on AR15s?

I have 3 stripped Anderson lowers I got from AIM. The $39 price after shipping and FFL put them around $51 each. Just 1 was $75 ($10 shipping and $25 FFL). Ordering just 1 makes the deal a little more sour.
