I'm trying to figure out what I want to use my lowers to build.

I know I'm going with a .300 and probably another 5.56 (maybe a 20") with 2 of my lowers but I'm trying to decide what to use the others to build

7.62x39mm
.458 socom
6.8SPC
rifles not pistols
9mm
.40sw
.45acp
10mm

I'm leaning towards the 7.62x39 and maybe a 9mm. then saving the others for future builds when new stuff comes out or another build of one I already have but with some different features. The possibilites are endless the money however is limited.

On one hand I want a 5.45 conversion, but on the other I DO NOT WANT to clean that corrosive shite out of the AR platform. AK? No problem, run some water over it and rub some dirt on it. AR? No, thanks. But no.

7.62x39mm Needs a different magwel
.458 socom FIL has one, very nice but $$$
6.8SPC No need with the 300BLK
rifles not pistols
9mm Yes
.40sw NO
.45acp NO
10mm NO

Build a 300BLK with a 16" barrel for hunting. Build a 300BLK with a 8" barrel for dicking around. You can register it as a pistol while you wait for your Form 1 to clear.
Build a 9mm if you want a pistol caliber.
If you want a long range AR, build a AR10, not a 6.5/6,8. Much cheaper and easier to find parts/ammo for.
