He paid bail and should be allowed to try to continue his life until his hearing.

So would it have been a good idea for Penn State to invite Jerry Sandusky back to their campus while he was out on bail?

His irresponsibility was directly responsible for his best friend's death. Allegedly or not, why should he be afforded any courtesy at all ? His culpability in the "accident" is not in question.

Bad PR decision by the Cowboys.
