He wasn't but it was good value for me. Latos isn't Gio but he's not that far off. Been looking for a controllable young first baseman also and Freeman fits the bill.

Stud 1B and SP both 25 or younger, whats not to like.
Latos learned to pitch in GABP in the second half.
