How do you not get bothered by people overacting while in focus of the camera? Heads falling back before punches were thrown, punches missing by at least a foot, slow punches and slow knees to the stomach and the 'victim' moves just as slow...

I try so hard to concentrate on just Bane and Batman, but it's bad. Stfu kthxbai

As I stated above, this is the risk you run by using live action stuntmen rather than CGI effects. It's easier to make the Batman-Bane fight look more realistic because they are the center of attention. They can use choreography, multiple camera angles, and quick editing to mask the pulled punches and everything. You can't do that with the background fighters.
