Yep! That's so awesome
Just to show you how everyone can learn the game and get past the difficulty curve, here's a little story.
My roommate last year does not play video games. He's one of those people that immediately associates it with nerdiness and doesn't play so he doesnt fall into that category. I showed him the trailers and he was slightly interested.
I got it at midnight release and brought it back. I convinced him to play it with me, and he was hooked. We stayed up till 5am playing it. For days after, I would come back home and he would be playing it. He would text me in class and be like "I can't stop thinking about Dark Souls." He ended up beating a boss I couldn't beat (i only had 3 tries) and got pretty good, despite never playing video games. He now has an affinity for games that have "bosses with big health bars."
