He has owned the Big 10 and made it to the Rose Bowl three straight times. He hasn't won the Rose Bowl, but how exactly is that different from what Petrino did at Arkansas?

During a time period in which one of UM/tOSU (or both) were down each year. The Big10 isn't a powerhouse right now.
