Todd Zolecki of MLB.com broke the news, although there’s no word yet on who the Twins are getting in return. Vance Worley seems like the most obvious target as the Twins look for young pitching help.

Bourn and Philly seemed like such a perfect match, have no idea where he ends up now? Don't know why the Phillies would part with a cheap, back of the rotation starter and a top prospect for Revere when Bourn is sitting there for the taking.
